Shop Policies

Production Time:

All items are made to order (unless stated otherwise). Made to order items will be made and shipped within 2-3 weeks of payment. Ready-to-Ship items will be packed and shipped within 1-4 business days. (This does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays).

If your order contains both made to order and ready-to-ship items, all items will be sent together within our made-to-order turnaround time. 

 For faster PRODUCTION TIME you will need to add RUSH MY ORDER to your cart. Rush orders are shipped within 4-5 business days.

Shipping:

**USPS IS EXPERIENCING POSTAL DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19**

 We ship via USPS. Within the US, it generally takes about 3-5 business days in transit. For faster shipping (2-3 business days) select Priority Shipping at check out. 


International Customers: Shipping usually takes about 1-3 weeks. In some rare instances we have had some items take over a month to be received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs taxes or duties once your package reaches its destination. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded if returned.

For Lost Packages and Postal Errors within the United States: If there is a problem with the delivery of your package due to postal error, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue before contacting us.

Packages marked as DELIVERED: If your package has been marked as delivered you will need to file a claim and open a case on the package with USPS. As a small business we do everything in our power to ensure the timely delivery of your package. Unfortunately delivery errors by USPS are out of our control. As the buyer it is your responsibility to contact the postal service and file an insurance claim (when applicable). We will gladly issue a refund or resend the package if/when the package has been returned to us.

*Email notifications with your tracking number are always sent the day that your item has been shipped.

Me + Reekie is NOT responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the buyer. Packages that are returned due to buyer error will be invoiced for shipping before being resent. If you do not wish for the package to be resent a refund will not be issued, a shop credit will be provided. 

Cancellations:

Due to recent policy changes on Shopify we will no longer be able to issue a cancellation request to your original form of payment. ALL cancellations will be issued in the form a shop credit. 

CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE ONLY VALID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED. 

Returns/Exchanges Policy:

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL*

We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to the made to order nature of our items. Please reach out to us prior to your order shipping if you have a question regarding sizing. 

We are not able to issue refunds on delayed items due to postal service errors.
